Terms of Service
By engaging with GrowAIMax or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Work
Before any work begins, we will mutually agree on a clear scope of services, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing. This is typically documented in a proposal, email agreement, or project brief.
Any additional work requested outside the original agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires your written approval before we proceed. We do not add unexpected charges.
2. Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery of the final work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final deliverables, access to campaigns, reports, or websites are provided only after full payment is received. Payments can be made via Stripe, Wise, or bank transfer. Late payments (more than 7 days) may result in pausing active work.
3. Revisions
Each project includes a fair number of revision rounds (typically 2–3 per major phase, depending on the package).
Revisions are for refining the agreed direction. Significant changes in strategy or scope after approval may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
4. Timelines & Project Deadlines
We commit to realistic timelines and work efficiently. However, timely delivery depends on prompt feedback, content, assets, and approvals from your side.
If we do not receive feedback or required materials for more than 14 days, the project may be paused. A restart fee may apply if significant rescheduling is needed.
5. Ownership & Rights
Upon receiving full and final payment, you receive full ownership of all deliverables, including designs, ad creatives, landing pages, strategies, reports, and code (where applicable).
We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, case studies, and social media unless you specifically request confidentiality in writing before the project begins.
6. Communication
We believe in efficient, async communication. We primarily use Slack, email, Loom videos, Notion, and Framer for updates.
We aim to respond to all project-related messages within 24–48 business hours on weekdays. Urgent matters will be prioritized.
7. Cancellations & Pauses
You may cancel a project at any time. You will only be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
If a project is paused for more than 21 days without prior notice, we may need to reschedule based on our availability, and a restart fee may apply.
8. Liability
We guarantee professional delivery of the services as outlined in the agreed scope. We are not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform issues (Meta, Google, hosting, etc.), or results beyond our reasonable control.
All work is delivered with professional care and best practices.
9. Confidentiality
All information, strategies, documents, and materials you share with us will remain strictly confidential. We will not disclose, reuse, or share any of your proprietary information without your explicit permission.
We are happy to sign a mutual NDA if required.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued engagement with us after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
